Position: Administrative Associate, GLN North America
Description of Duties and Responsibilities: The Administrative Associate will effectively organize and manage the GLN office and work with the Director to achieve the organization’s goals. The AA will assist with:
• Education Abroad Programs
• GLN Fellows
• Social Entrepreneurship Institute
• Science & Technology Consortia
• Sustainable Environment Collegium
• Conservatory of the Healing Arts
• African Consultants Network
The Administrative Associate reports directly to the Director, GLN North America.
Qualifications: The Administrative Associate will be firmly committed to ethics and moral values, possess outstanding written and verbal command of the English language, and will be resourceful and resilient of spirit. The AA must have a solid background in office administration, including electronic office management software, record-keeping and files management, budgeting, website design and maintenance, design of flyers and brochures. The AA must possess good interpersonal and customer care skills.
